been away a bit. does anyone else notice their ms fatigue is way worse after a relapse?
like, it takes months to get back to baseline. i’ve been tracking mine and it seems like every time i have a flare, my fatigue sleep pattern gets all messed up.
anyone else see this? is it just me or is there something going on w/ our bodies that makes fatigue stick around longer after a relapse?
Fibromyalgia fatigue patterns are kinda similar to what you’re describing, atx_marc. You said “it takes months to get back to baseline” and that resonates with me, the exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix is a major issue. I’ve been tracking my own fatigue in CareClinic and the daily check-in flow is fast enough I actually do it, which helps me spot patterns like this.

same here atx_marc you said it takes months to get back to baseline after a flare and i’ve noticed that too with fibromyalgia fatigue patterns
Fatigue patterns after a relapse are really interesting to me because “it takes months to get back to baseline” as you said, makes me think about how our bodies are responding to these flares. I’ve been trying to track my own fatigue triggers and found that seeing my fatigue levels line up with certain symptoms in the correlation view helps me identify patterns that I wouldn’t have noticed otherwise.
