i’ve noticed a lot of people talking about the link between lupus and low mood, but imo it’s not just about the inflammation. i track my own labs and symptoms, and it seems like my low mood days often coincide with high anti-dsDNA levels.
has anyone else noticed this? i’m curious if others have seen a similar pattern.
fwiw, i’ve been trying to manage my stress and get more sleep, which seems to help a bit
