from the partner side, how do you deal with cold sensitivity when you have lupus? my wife’s been feeling cold all the time, even in warm rooms.

we’ve been tracking her symptoms together and i’ve noticed it’s been getting worse. anyone else experience this?

that’s my take.

that specific frustration of watching symptoms like cold sensitivity just get worse, even as you’re tracking everything. it’s one thing for labs to be off, another for the body to visibly decline in how it feels day-to-day, especially when you’re making efforts.
