tracked my cycle for 4 years - temps, LH surges, anovulatory windows. shows my doc patterns nobody else sees. felt like control. then iui.
monitoring part was fine, follicles and bloodwork, same deal. but after transfer you’re done. already ovulated. either implanted or didn’t.
nothing to track. nothing to optimize. just wait 2 weeks with zero data. that messed with my head way more than the actual procedure.
couldn’t problem-solve my way through it. couldn’t do anything but sit with it. got my negative last week. talking ivf next.
but i keep thinking about this: pcos is invisible and awful, but at least i could track it. iui took that away. does anyone else find the waiting harder than the actual steps?
