been tracking for like three months now. most times when i get flushing (face and chest get hot, sometimes ears too), i also get hives or at least dermographism.
but some reactions are just flushing, nothing else. feels like histamine to me, but i’m not sure if solo flushing actually counts or if i’m tracking wrong.
does anyone else get just flushing w/o hives? or is that something else?
