i’m 8 wks into my hrt regimen, estradiol patch 0.05mg + cyclic oral progesterone. i’ve been noticing that some days my breast tenderness is worse than others. anyone else experience this?
is it the progesterone or the estradiol that’s causing it? i’ve been reading about how progesterone can affect breast density, but idk if that’s related. my doc said it’s normal, but i’m trying to figure out what’s going on.
does anyone think it’s possible that the dosage of one or both is off? or could it be something else entirely?
