been logging flares and triggers for two months, sending screenshots to my rheum before appointments. it helps her see patterns i’d miss. but here’s where i’m stuck: i’m usually at 6 or 7, good days i hit 4 or 5.
i can see the individual points (6.2 vs 5.8), but can’t tell if that’s improvement or noise. does a 0.5 drop even matter if i still crash after errands? anyone else track obsessively and wonder if you’re looking at signal or just watching data?
has anyone felt their baseline actually shift, and how did you know it was real?
