been away for a bit… so i’m still dealing with this hair shedding thing and i’m wondering, does it ever actually stop? layla’s 11 months now and i feel like i’ve tried everything - biotin, prenatal vitamins, even changed my shampoo.
some days it’s not so bad, but others i’m losing like half my hair in the shower. i’ve heard it can take up to a year or more to get back to normal, but i’m starting to think that’s just not true for everyone. does anyone else have hair shedding this far pp?
did it eventually stop for you or are you still dealing with it?
