Free T3 dips on levothyroxine 75mcg

dunno. been on 75mcg levothyroxine for four months now and my TSH is finally in range. but free T3 is still dipping sometimes, especially when i’m stressed or didn’t sleep well. it’s weird bc my endo says everything looks good, but i can feel when my free T3 is low - brain fog, fatigue, the whole thing.

i’ve been tracking it all in… my log, and i can see the pattern pretty clearly now. cold hands, brain fog, then a crash 48 hours later. it’s not just the numbers, it’s how i feel.

has anyone else experienced this on levothyroxine? did you find anything that helped stabilize your free T3? i’m still trying to figure this out, and any real talk would be appreciated. someone posted about this in a thread on metabolic stuff, but i’d love to hear more specific experiences.

what does that ‘crash 48 hours later’ actually look like?

that feeling of your endo saying everything looks good, but you can feel it in your body, that’s what gets me with fibromyalgia too. the disconnect you describe, "cold hands, brain fog, then a crash
