Epsom salt bath for bv

I promised myself that if I found a solution to this frustrating situation, I would share it to help others. Like many of you, I spent countless hours searching for ways to cure BV. I tried everything—ACV baths, yogurt, coconut oil, garlic, chamomile, kefir, and more. Nothing worked or provided lasting relief.

The only temporary relief I found was from hydrogen peroxide diluted with water on the affected areas, and occasionally Epsom salt baths helped. But it was always short-lived. Then, I came across an article about inserting a probiotic called Fem Dophilus, which you can find at any vitamin store. I had been taking them orally twice a day as directed, but I wasn’t seeing much improvement beyond some color change in my discharge. I still experienced constant itching and burning.

However, I finally decided to follow the article’s advice after five months of struggling and no intimacy. I opened a capsule of Fem Dophilus and inserted the powder with my finger—just the powder, not the capsule itself. The capsule is designed to dissolve in the stomach, so it wouldn’t be effective. I was skeptical, thinking it might be too good to be true, but I wish I had tried this sooner. If you feel internal itchiness, I highly recommend it. I applied the powder wherever I needed it, especially around my vulva and labia. It took about 3-4 days for me to experience total relief.

I had a doctor’s appointment yesterday, and she examined me under the microscope. I’m happy to report that I’m all clear—NO CLUE CELLS!

If you’re feeling hopeless, please give inserting Fem Dophilus a try! I know how disheartening this can be. I’ve been distant from my boyfriend and struggled all summer, even bringing lidocaine to the beach. Good luck, everyone!
