started levothyroxine 75mcg in february after TSH crept to 4.2. was hoping that nudge would shake something loose with the weight i’d been holding since november. everything the docs want looks good now - TSH normalized, free T3 up a bit, A1C solid. but the scale hasn’t moved in four months. like, genuinely locked. same eating pattern as last year when i was losing naturally. same workouts. stress is actually better than it was. so what’s the block? my endo keeps saying “labs look good, patience” but that’s starting to feel like a non-answer. if the metabolic markers are all optimized and the weight still won’t budge, what am i supposed to optimize next? my brain? my acceptance? the thing that gets to me is knowing this isn’t lazy or undisciplined. i can see my own data. so either there’s something labs aren’t catching (cortisol pattern? ngl insulin? something else?), or i’ve just hit that wall where my body decided “this is the weight, deal with it.” anyone else been stuck like this where the numbers say you’re good but the scale says no?
