ngl i spend too much time trying to track every damn thing: if i ate x, or if the barometric pressure dropped 3 mb, etc. and it just feels like noise.
i started cutting back on what i write down. instead of listing ‘trigger’ for everything, i only log things that seem temporally linked to a shift in prodrome symptoms - like when the photophobia was really bad or if the allodynia seemed worse than usual.
sometimes the flare happens regardless of the day before’s input. i just log every potential trigger + what set it off in careclinic so i can spot the window, and honestly, focusing on those subtle prodrome shifts seems more useful than trying to pinpoint a single food item.
