yesterday i ate something low-histamine but still managed a flare up. the rash was pretty bad, classic dermographism kinda thing with some urticaria popping up.
but honestly the really scary part wasn’t looking in the mirror or anything i got these intense palpitations started almost right when the flushing hit. it felt like my heart was racing way too fast and I couldn’t breathe properly for a minute.
i know mast cells are involved, but is there a timing pattern where the tachycardia shows up before the visible rash? has anyone else tracked that specific sequence?
