started levo in february. by march, this pattern showed up. hands go ice cold - actually numb, not just chilly - and an hour later brain fog hits hard. can’t focus, can’t remember things.
work gets impossible. by day two, complete crash: everything hurts, can’t process anything. same sequence every time. labs are fine (tsh normal, free t3 is what i watch).
so i’m wondering: is this a levo side effect or just how my thyroid dysfunction manifests when it’s not quite stable yet? the timing is so mechanical it has to mean something… anyone else on levo experiencing this cold hands then brain fog combo?
