Can’t get premium access

Hi, my wife and I are both trying to use the app. She bought the plan and it used the free trial and recently the paid plan amount went through.

Now I’m trying to do the same and I get in an endless loop where I’m automatically taken to the ‘upgrade’ page. I click the button to upgrade, and I’m told I’m already a subscribed member. When I try to restore purchase, I get an error that I do not have a premium plan.

When I look in my payment history, I see a free trial, a paid plan, and another free trial. I need help with this before it starts billing me every month.
