7 mos in, vertigo sucks

i’ve had lupus for 7 months now and lately i’ve been getting these vertigo spells. it’s like the room is spinning and i’m stuck in a washing machine.

anyone else experience this? it’s not just when i look up, it’s random.

kinda scary, tbh

Random vertigo spells sound awful, “like the room is spinning” is a great way to put it, but for me it’s always been related to medication changes or a looming flare.
