i’ve been on cetirizine and famotidine for about three months now. been tracking my reactions and i’d say it’s been a mixed bag.
some days are way better, others not so much. i’ve noticed that aged foods still trigger me, but the combo seems to be helping with the flushing.
still getting hives sometimes, but they’re not as bad. wondering if anyone else has tried this combo and what their experience was like
